Our Care Team will verify your coverage and let you know what your estimated cost per session will be.
How do you bill for sessions?
We bill directly through our electronic health record (EHR) system, which is securely integrated with Stripe for payment processing.
In some cases—for a smaller subset of patients —we may bill through our trusted billing partner, Headway. If your sessions are billed via Headway, you’ll receive separate instructions and communications from our Care Team.
How do I update my insurance or payment info?
You can email us your new insurance card, we’ll verify and confirm any updates once received. You can update your payment method directly through the client portal.
Need an invoice or superbill?
No problem—just let us know what dates you need documentation for and whether it's for HSA/FSA, reimbursement, or another purpose.
