No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Patients are able to cancel or reschedule sessions with no penalty up to 24 hours before the session’s start time.
If you cancel within 24 hours, it will be considered a late cancellation and we will charge you a $50 fee for a therapy appointment and a $150 fee for a psychiatry appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period once a session begins, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged a fee.
We charge our patients late cancellation and no-show fees so that we can pay our providers fairly for their lost time.
How to schedule, reschedule & cancel appointments

Log In to Your Client 360 Account
→ Go to the Client 360 login page and sign in using your account credentials.
→ Once logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard, which displays any outstanding onboarding tasks (left side) and your schedule/provider information (right side)
→ Important: All onboarding forms must be completed before your first appointment to help your provider prepare for your care.
Scheduling an Appointment
→ To schedule an appointment, click "Schedule Now".
→ If you want to book with your current provider, their name will appear —click "Book Session" next to their name.
→ If you want to book with a different provider, select "Book with a New Provider",
→ Select the available time that works best for you, then click "Schedule Now".
Appointment Confirmation
→ After scheduling, you’ll see a confirmation of your appointment.
→ You will have the option to add the appointment to your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or iCal.
→ You will also receive a text and email confirmation.
→ Once confirmed, your appointment will appear on your dashboard.
Rescheduling an Appointment
→ To reschedule an appointment, click the three dots next to the appointment you want to change.
→ Select "Change," and choose a new date and time that works for you.
→ You will be prompted to provide a reason for the change (e.g., "vacation").
→ Once completed, the new appointment details will be updated.
Canceling an Appointment
→ To cancel an appointment, click the three dots next to the appointment.
→ Select "Cancel".
→ Choose a reason for canceling (e.g., "sick").
→ You may leave additional notes if needed, then confirm by clicking "Cancel." After confirming, the appointment will be removed from your schedule.
